can u guys suggest a good flash unit that i can use with my s7000?
are there any fish eye lenses available for s7000?

I don't think there are any fish-eye lenses.. but there are a few wide-angle converters out there as long as you have the adaptor tube.

As for flashes, I used the Vivitar 730AF on my fuji s7000 when I had it, and I'll tell you, it did a wonderful, wonderful job.

When I was looking at which external flash to buy I made this short list of flashes that people were actually using from various googlings,
Vivitar 283
Vivitar 285
sunpack 144
sunpak 222
Sunpak 355
Sunpak 383
Jessops 280ABZ
Cobra Auto 210
Each of these flashes reportedly works OK with the S7000. In the end I bought a Cobra off eBay which I'm pretty happy with, although I would prefer something a little less manual TBH.
You may find this page useful (you'll have to check what the maximum OK trigger voltage is for an S7000 as I can't remember now, it's about 400V IIRC but best to check if you can or stick to the lower voltage flashes).

I use a Vivitar 283 on my 602 which is pretty similar to the s7000
