Sorry to post off topic here but I am taking my shoes that I took a picture of and putting them on my feet to use cause the gas prices may hit $4.00 / gal today.

i know it has some slight technical issues that could have been improved, but i was hoping ride high on creativity. oh well. i got in the top ten last week, so i'll refrain from too much complaining...

I'm still kicking myself for not getting my more colorized version uploaded. The one I uploaded to here looks sub-par. The issue with my PS and the way DPC is translating this image bothers me. The sepia tonage at home is far more appealing than the BLEH version that is in the challenge and I am just wanting to DQ it myself to pull it off.

went up a tiny bit since I last checked during my coffee break 2 hours ago (I love working in the same appartments I live in)
Was hoping to do a little better (wanted to finish above 6), I kinda liked my idea and havn't seen a photo that uses the same idea yet but I guess originality alone isn't enough. Oh well, I'm still happy with that score. |

Okay! Who's up for a challenge?!?! I mean a REAL tough down and dirty challenge.... comment on 100% of the shoes entries!
Any takers?
I doubt I'll get all the way there but I'm trying to get as far as I can!
Day 1 and I've completed 7%. Only 93% left!

Two of the 13 year olds have commented.(Adults, where are you?) One response was off color, but at least I know by what they said that they they actually saw the elements other than the shoes. The other one was more on target, although they thought it wasn't to their taste, and that's ok cause I didn't expect it to be liked by all and it did have a little bit of an older theme, at least older than 13, I hope. I appreciate that second comment more because they at least said why it didn't appeal to them and that was basically because it was not in their era.
