I chose the wrong entry again. Which one do you think would have done better or is this really Chitty

My entry:

Outtakes: Nothing done to shots but getting rid of a few dust spots and auto levels & added a little contrast.

I like the first blue one and the one you entered, but I can't say much...I didn't do so hot either....JMO

Ok. I'll take a stab at it.

Your entry gave me no context. I've never seen the bungee ride shown in the other photos. So, to me, your image looked like a necklace held out to the sky in front of the camera. (And is unsharp, at that...)

The sky is a strange color yellow. We don't usually have that shape of clouds where I live, and if I saw them I'd probably take cover. If the were at all even 1/2 that color yellow, I'd be in the basement waiting for the tornado to pass.

So for me, the issues with your image are primarily context--I simply couldn't relate. The second out-take you posted below would seem to have the most potential--but I don't care for the pole on the left being cut off.

(Gave you a 5 anyway.)

I like the one you submitted the best. I gave you a five. I like the contrast and color of the image but I feel like the subject is the clouds more than the bungie thing. The silhoutte is not that interesting in and of iteslf. Just my thoughts, hope it helps.

I think perhaps the one in the center if you had cropped it evenly would have been the best shot for this challenge. It shows more of what is happening and therefore brings an elemnet of daring and interest to the photo whereas the one you chose didn't give us anything to fullfil our curiosity about why they were hanging in mid air so to speak, so we moved on and lost interest too quick. By having more of the contraption there to see, it makes us wonder where it's at and makes us wonder how it would be to ride such a wild ride. Does this make sense?

Yep, I thought I needed to add the poles, but as usual, I chose badly. I added a yellowish tinge to add a bit of drama, probably not smart either. Thanks for the right on comments. Van
