Couldn't sleep, so I came on to check. Well under a 5 at 20 votes.
I have "Not enough grain" in my comments - and "Lacks focus"
Bwahahaha - yhea, that was kinda the point. :)
Oh well, I've decided that I must have a severe aversion to doing anything the way that the "topic discussion" in the forums tell me I have to do it and I shouldn't be losing sleep over this. LOL
Night everyone! We will see what six hours of sleep will do to my outlook. :)

I was very excited about my challenge entry but alas the voters were not as excited as me.
My image is the best thing I have submitted here, but probably deep down I knew it would bomb in the scoring.
Still I'm happy I have created something beautiful that I will get printed. This print will be the first print I put up on my wall, any other print I have always given away.
The good thing about this site is that we can move on quickly after being rejected, another challenge is always around the corner.

I'm in the "not enough grain" category too.
I'm thinking dslr's at ISO3200 with increased contrast won't produce enough noise/grain for this challenge.
I should've grabbed the P&S.

Not happy Jan! I'm on 26 votes and an average score of 4.4615 and no comments. I really like this photo. I think I will refrain from entering photos I really like in future, my taste is obviously different to most peoples here. Bummer.
