Here's me taking the picture ;-)
The colors were changed in selective color, in Photoshop. This lets you selectivly shift color tones and in this case I changed them to very vibrant shades of the colors. I then did a lot of dodging and burning, where the 'digital' look comes from. If you want to know how to do this, there is a good tutorial here:
