Today.
Taking shots of my brother competing in an Athletic Meet, I was talking with a full-time photographer from my region's main newspaper. Firing away with his 1-D and 300mm 2.8L, I asked what a weeks work was like for him. When he finished I was convinced that photography is something I want to do.
I know this path will be rocky, but why at 27yrs old should I not try?
Be it, Newspaper Photographer, Wedding Photographer, Portrait Photographer, Stock Photographer....
It starts today, I'll keep you posted.

Jan 21st- My first wedding shoot. It's an exciting prospect, and a bit daunting too. What makes it easier (or harder..) is that it's for my younger brothers best friend. He asked for me to do the shoot, and didn't want me to say "no". I'll let you know how it goes later in the month...

Just be careful that you don't ruin a great hobby but doing it full time. Many pros can hardly shoot for fun anymore, it's just a job. Be sure to keep your creative juices primed! :D
