My usual name is kingduck7; I just decided to put on two more 7's. I own some ducks and I like ducks; hence the "duck" part. The "king" part makes it sound cool, and my favorite number is 7. Therefore, kingduck7 or in this case kingduck777. |

At a whopping 5'4, it was unanimously decided amongst my friends that I was shorter than Jesus was (What reasoning was behind this conversation? I haven't the faintest). My nickname (Jono) also happens to be shorter than 'Jesus' as well. |

Thrice
"Stare At The Sun"
I sit here clutching useless lists
And keys for doors that don't exist
I crack my teeth on pearls
I tear into the history
Show me what it means to me in this world
Yeah in this world
'Cause I am due for a miracle
I'm waiting for a sign
I'll stare straight into the sun
And I won't close my eyes
Till I understand or go blind
I see the parts but not the whole
I study saints and scholars both
No perfect plan unfurls
Do I trust my heart or just my mind
Why is truth so hard to find in this world
Yeah in this world
'Cause I am due for a miracle
I'm waiting for a sign
I'll stare straight into the sun
And I won't close my eyes
Till I understand or go blind (till I understand or go blind)
I know that there's a point I've missed
A shrine or stone I haven't kissed
A scar that never graced my wrist
A mirror that hasn't met my fist
But I can't help feeling like I'm
Due for a miracle
I'm waiting for a sign (waiting for a sign)
I'll stare straight into the sun
And I won't close my eyes (and I won't close my eyes)
Due for a miracle
I'm waiting for a sign
I'll stare straight into the sun
And I won't close my eyes
Thrice is one of my favorite bands...yeah, I like music a lot...a whole lot.

It seems like forever ago. I was going into a chat room, looked at a profile before entering, it said something like "looking for my knight in shining armour". So I changed it to something like Nitenshnarm. From there the short version was an EQ charactor for years. Now I wish I had at used something more like my real name for my DPchallenge name.

It's a name I use at a few different sites. I kept referring people here to look at my profile, so I changed it to match the user name I use other places. My old name was turquoise919. |

I use S(an) F(rancisco) Alice for just about everything. When I found that it was available for my license plate too, I jumped at the chance. Then, a year or so later in my neighborhood, there appeared a license plate that read SFVINCE. I guess someone else liked the idea too. |

I am not going to post or do something that will make me /edit: be ashamed of my name. OK, may be I'm too serious here...
And, by the way, I like my name - it's my father's and both grandfathers' name.

My husband and son both have Scott for a middle name. When they were teens, my kids started throwing in "Scott" as a middle name for everyone. Mine became the longest name in the family with Rebecca J*** K***** Scott Tesch. That's been shortened a bit for my login name. (The J & K remain mine to know - you'd never guess.)
