That's very true, Maverick. Maddox just isn't the player he was 2 years ago. And Ben, only in his second year is having a phenomenal run. He's a force to deal with.
Another aspect is the WR's. While Big Ben has two main receivers to go to, Matt has 4 WR's which share the balance as well as, now, the Hawks backup QB! That just makes the Hawks offense the better of the two IF they can stop the Pitts' blitz.

Not trash talking..it's a fact! The AFC is leaps and bounds better than the NFC. The Colts were picked to win the the whole thing...they got spanked by who...? The Steelers!
As far as the Steelers choking...how many championships has seattle won or actually been in? Seattle has been a no name team for 30 years....1 good season and face the facts. Seattle is the dog in this one. If the Steelers can stop Manning and Edge, they can stop Seattle.
I love how people are bandwagon fans of their teams. Kind of like Cinci and all their trash talking.
Oh..the QB rating are updated...check them out Big Ben 124.8. That other guy...109 with a measely 3 Td psases. wow...
Oh and how about you check the teams Seattle beat....Arizone, Philly, Houston, San Fran. All gimmies! |

Seattle because they have a better coach.
Denver unintentionally did a better job of running out the clock in the 4th quarter then the Steelers. WHY throw the ball downfield on 1st and 10 in the 4th with a 3 score lead and 7 minutes left when you have the Bus and Parker??? Run three times, if you don't get the first, at least you killed over 2 minutes. Why even risk a interception returned for a touchdown followed by a successful on side kick? If you want to fool their run defence, throw a screen or run a draw.
Seattle is just a better coached team, they will come in with a great game plan like they had against Steve Smith, and they will win. |

I'm not familiar with Seatle's WR's so I can't comment on them, but Pittsburgh also has Cedrick Wilson (WR) and Heath Miller (TE) as threats in addition to Randel-El and Ward, so there's definitely room to spread the ball on the Steelers side as well.

My prediction:
23-17 Seahawks
- Going for 2 and does not make it, or
- Safety, or
- 17-17 tie with OT and Seahawks winning with first touchdown.
If not that then it will be
24-17 Seahawks
