I ordered a fairly expensive camera from this "company".
I received the box a week later. It had everything!...minus the CAMERA!!!!
They were very rude and uncooperative. As I write this letter, I still have not recieved a camera a refund or an apolgy. (over 2 months)
Everytime I call to inquire about a refund or my camera they are extremely rude.

Just a cautionary note.

Oh, Butterfly Photo is the company. I thought this was a post about a butterfly photo...DOH

call whatever credit card you used and maybe they'll help you out.

I have a friend that has purchased 4 cameras and a few lenses from Butterfly Photo and has never had a problem.
