What is everybody screen resolution? Mine is like 1152X868.

I'm currently at 1024 x 768 on a 14" PC monitor. |

So I suppose that what I submit if it fit in my window should fit approximately the same in yours?

Because this site only allows maximum upload of 640x640 no one should have any trouble viewing anything you upload to this site for competition. I always submit my photographs with the longest side sized to 640.

1024 x 768... I can go a lot larger, but there are some menu text lines I just cant find a way to make large enough to read.. and I have tried EVERYTHING

800x600 14" laptop screen.
As far as what *you* should upload - if you upload huge pics, you're just cutting down some of your audience - dialup users, lots of laptop users, anyone who likes the 720x?? standard or the 640x?? standard...(I personally upload my pics 550x?? but that's just MY random size that looks good).

If someone's resultion is not the same than I, if I submit a 640 by 480 picture, will it look the same size or am I right to think it will be according to his/her resolution?

The smaller the monitor's resolution, the bigger the picture will look on screen.

And the lower the resolution ...
1024 x 768 15" laptop; 1600 x 1200 15" desktop (really must upgrade that)
