i thinnk you mean the wpl, yes there are teams and yes it is a compertition and yes i got my best ever score while in the compertition as well as learnt alot while joining in and i'm very very greatful for the chance to be part of it and no i did not spell check too :p :)

Thanks to these 'little teams' that you don't seem to like I'm about to get my 3rd 6+ score on the bounce (previously 12 months apart). Anything that will help me is good.

Its good that you are an individual but sad you don't understand the concept of becoming a team player. By entering a competition you are competing with all other submitters, why is it wrong to have 'little teams' compete at the same time?

You haunt my dreams (lol) I am that I am OOps, that is God Talking to Moses. I mean, I am hot (literally, I am sweating my butt off as I read this thread.) Anyway, I am going to become an artist one day, and then I will finally win a ribbon. Actually, what I am is simply a hobbyist who has always loved photography, and I would love to be a team player. Everytime one starts I miss the boat. I guess I am not meant to.

"What am I?" needs some thought too.

I bought myself precious time, the other day, and it wasn't as expensive as I thought.

There was a monumental deal going on that I couldn't pass up. In my hand, was the only coupon. And parking was free.

I was who I was the other day, but will be who I will be in a couple of weeks. There is a time limit, he said. I believed him as if he was my own father - and as if my life depended on it.

In the meantime, I'll kick off my shoes and feel this ancient Earth beneath my feet. I will absorb and embrace the rays of the sun on my closely shaven head. I came here for a reason, you see. But I never left and I haven't moved. My shirt has been torn and is painfully stained, so I set it aside as a reminder...and as an omen. I am visible and I am free.

That escort home tasted like victory, or vindication, or some other fancy word that begins with the letter 'v'. With the weight gone, I could actually see where I was going.
And I liked the view.

This thread has me confused... But I do know who I am. In the grand scheme of things I am the opposable thumb of a large orange and white cat. My overriding purpose in life is to open cans and doors. It is very good to truely understand ones place in the world.

that's deep, man.

I know who I am, particularly when the pavement turns upwards and I know I must go there. Climbing on 10% grade with heart rate over 200, there is no you, there is no traffic, there is no world.

There is only me, my bike, hot sun, and blacktop going higher and higher.

I do not climb because anyone wants me to, but because I want me to. I must push through the pain to find whatever lies above.

At the top there is no celebrating crowd, only the same me, bike, hot sun, and blacktop going down, down, down.

And I grin from ear to ear and let go of the brakes. . .

I am an infinitely hot and dense dot.
