I vote for the guitar...

I would as suggested, bring your name down from the top, and maybe change the blocky lines to something more reminescent of a guitar string

It depends completely on who your customers are. If you want business doing shots of products (like catalog shots or advertisements) or musician portraits, go with the guitar. Anything else, go with the waterfall.
