Hello everyone,

About a year ago now I took a picture of a friend of mine with an old 1950s camera I had bought a few days earlier at a garage sale (here is the camera).

The thing is I was only beginning in photo so I just used settings I thought would work and in the end they did.

So now I have this photo I'd like to submit for the challenge, but I don't remember the aperture I used, or anything else.

Can I still submit it ?

DPC challenge entries must be taken by a digital camera during the actual week of the challenge. So no, you can't enter images made by this camera.

That's a big "NO, NO!" You have to make the image in the week when the challenge is announced, that's very important.

The challenge part is taking the shots after it is announced.

Geez, I'm so glad I didn't reply. My first thought was, of course that's okay, entering those values when submitting is optional.

not only that - but this being a DIGITAL photography site your image must be taken with a digital camera, not a 1950's film camera
