I am really happy with my picture!!!
It is in focus, it is an action photo, it shows action, it is nicely cropped, it uses rule of thirds, it is one of my favorites and one of my best ones but but but but but only

Doesnt it seem that the votes are coming in very slow on this challenge? 20 votes 9 hours after rollover? Seems very odd. Oh well at least its scoring better for now then my other entry!

Oh well...looks like another bad score to boot. I blame myself. I tried something new and over contrasted the photo on purpose to give it almost a cartoonish effect....guess people didn't like that. Working on not only a brown ribbon, but my lowest score to date.
BUT regardless of score or comments I really like the photo and what I did to it. So bring on all the ones....(I just hope that the 1's have zero's on the right side of 'em.)

Well mine is at 3.9.
I guess using motion blur to create dynamics in the picture is way beyond something DPC'er can understand. I give up. Where do I sign off?

I'm really pissed about this start. I'm never too enthusiastic about any of my own work, but I kinda thought this shot was worth a 6 (good by my standards). Ah well, cest la vie. :( |
