I love them too. Now I am getting more cause I have started uploading again. I guess I was in a sorta depression state with photogrpahy but am slowly coming out. I will comment on yours as well.

There has been some curiosity as to whether Suzi the cat gets into the photos with me voluntarily.

Hopefully this puts a stop to those questions. This is one image.

I'm respectfully withdrawing from this challenge. It's clear to me what DPC is now, compared to what it was when we put on the first challenge of this nature.

Gone is the respectful critiquing and hard work that the people who were doing it gave it each and every day. What I see now is just.. well.. what we've seen on this site for just a little bit too long now.

There are a few of you that I'm keeping track of, and will continue to do so, as I do see an effort and a willingness to make this a real challenge for yourself and to learn and improve (and we're always needing that, no matter who we are), but this thread has degenerated into something I can't even follow.. let alone constantly trying to weed out the serious efforts from the gratuitous throw-aways.

It's amazing to see the change that half a year has made here... Sad, for the most part.

Ignoring now.. have fun in your own way.

Edit to add: feel like a small ass after seeing I am one that you are following but I still find the comment uncalled for. Dumb and dumber may not win an Oscar but is still a fun movie. Photography can be fun.

well if your actually not ignoring this I'd be interested in knowing where I personally fit into this. I am admittedly part of the fun and banter but I am also really trying hard to produce quailty images and learn something. I've only been taking pics for 5 months. i have a TON left to learn. not to mention pushing myself ,as in photographing below my neck for the first time EVER. which was amazingly hard for me. i think fun and learning can be combined. I apologize if i'm included in this change you deem detrimental to this site and photography in general.

umm, excuse me?!?!! This dude posted a full frontal nude on his blog in the first 30day that I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO SEE, and now this? The hipocrisy here is astounding.

My Day 3 is up. I've been trying to shoot a day in advance so I can attempt post processing if need be so this was yesterday before all the hoopla. I took it because I liked the shadowplay, and just happened to still have on the top I wore while cycling yesterday. Apologies if anyone is offended.

And I really am trying to be at least a little creative. Need to work on lighting and learn a whole bunch more on post processing. I'll keep at it.
