I'd be happy to take that "blah" off your hands. Very nice composition - great focus on those lovely eyes of yours, and I like the cat.
Ok. we'll work out a trade. you're a beautiful woman and thin to boot. Some sort of brain transplant surgery should do it. No returns though!! I'm trading "AS IS!" no lemon law. ;) |
Deal! This body's beginning to show too many signs of wear and tear. Be advised, however, that a mocha a day is required to keep it running. |

Awesome! When? Where? ;) by the way you'll have to stay AWAY from the mochas for my body so I hope you don't like them too much. Caffiene makes me nervous. it's all water for this body..lol |

Here's hoping my mom doesn't check my portfolio for a few more weeks - she's far too computer literate. My Day 19 is up but no thumbnail will be provided - you just gotta go to my portfolio. Apologies if anyone's sensitivities are offended. |

OMG I just got 400 views in 18 hours on my SP #20. I have never gotten that many views so quickly on a challenge entry!!! And it was only posted here, in this thread. That amazes me. How are portfolio shots seen so much more than challenge entries? *boggles*

Day 20 - Natural
I wanted to do this series as natural as I could. This was what I was trying to explain to Melathia about using a window and the natural light. The light is not flattering...it shows up all the flaws...but it is me...take me as I am.
BTW...I have not altered my eyes in the first image. Also these are the full crops. No further cropping was done.
Here are the larger versions -
Natural 1
Natural 2
Natural 3

Judi,
These are great. I like them, I like the natural. I also think the B&W really really suits you.

I love the light in these. Quick question, did you use a black backdrop for these? - Or did you burn out the background in PP?

Okay! |
I draped a black cloth over a board behind me. Sat in a chair and used the remote. I had the open window right in front of me and a light lace cloth draped over the curtain rod...it is early morning so the light is harsh...but that is what I wanted.

I suspect I'll surpass anything I've had in a challenge with the one I put up today, too. It's kinda sad in a way. I have much better pictures but they don't have the "omigosh, I don't think she has any clothes on!" factor which seems to draw a lot of views.
Oh, and where the heck has Alfresco been?
