Took a few test shots of the moon.

Moon

(Canon 75-300mm IS ... on tripod miror lock up @ 300mm).

I'm in Eastern Canada ... perfectly clear sky, plus we can see it from start to finish. Now I just have to stay awake.

Intermittent clouds out here too, but remember that a full moon through clouds can also be very evocative.

It's been sunny all day here, with a few clouds. But the clouds had babies. Aarg!

stay awake pretty please cause it's cloudy here in michigan. I want to see pictures :)

WOW Jacko - what a terrific moon shot -- PLEASE post your moon eclipse shots - Ottawa has annoying light clouds making the moon almost invisible.
