Thanks Art ROFLMAO for the Woody and camo ducky.

Got any pics inside? I have that same backpack and love it for the laptop and work stuff. I often jam the camera on the top sitting against the top of the laptop but what padding did you setup?

The padded bags velcro together, have moveable dividers inside and cost about $20.

My Tamrac Cyberpack 8 can fit my new HP Pavilion 9000 17" widescreen....but just barely. It's a tight fit. But, for travelling, I might just take my Acer 15", though they weigh about the same. Just a thought if you want to ask wifey for a new Christmas present.

A bump and some thank you's! All of my material wishes have now been fulfilled. There are some incredible, wonderful, fantastic, beautiful people on this site. I'm still hoping to find a wish I can fulfill for someone. Keep posting!

1. A renewal of my membership which is up 12/20 (which was a gift last year, and my finances are worse this year than they were last year). Received - Thank you JP!!! (I don't know how to do the cross out).

2. A P&S for my 7 year old. Coming via Louis! Thank you soooooo very much! My son will be thrilled!

3. Photoshop for Dummy's in a real book (I have an ebook, but it would kill me in ink to print it). Or any other photo books. Received - Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Deb! (JR picked out a tranformer).

Amended - to have a place to live by Valentine's Day. :-(

My wish list

1) An older copy of Photoshop, like version 7 or CS, for Windows. Of course I wouldn't turn down a copy of CS2.

2) An 8x10 or so of any of these awesome photos

3) Any oddball 67mm or 58mm filters to play with, like blue ones or gradient ones or whatever.

4) Any photography how-to books.

And now for the fantasy part of the list, original post said 10 items.

5) Canon 24-70mm L

6) Bogen 3021BPRO tripod and 804RC2 head.

7) Canon 17-40mm L

8) Canon 180mm Macro

9) Canon 5D

10) Sharp 32" LCD in black.

i'm blessed to have what i have...a roof over my head, clothes to wear, food to eat...so, i don't need anything.

the only wish i have is to get a temporary job doing photo editing so i can make a little money to buy Christmas presents for my family. that's the only thing i want.

thanks Lorrie!! ( nsoroma79) and thanks for the cd of christmas music, too! you're so sweet :)

Just added an additional item to my list on the first page:

4) A good quality 58mm thread circular polarising filter (I've broken a couple over the last year plus with our latest camera/ lens purchases we seem to have more lenses with 58mm threads.

If anyone has one lying around that they no longer have a matching lens for, I'd be extremely grateful indeed!

Just added two items to my list:

3. Remote for a Fuji S9500
4. Flash for my Finepix S9500

Anyone have these to spare and willing to ship to South Africa?
