I'm in the 5.7 range.
My problem is that most of them look like snapshots. IN order to capture a true portrait of an animal, I don't think it has to be staged, but maybe look more deliberate? Maybe I'm too picky? Hmmmmmm |

I don't think you're too picky ... I completely agree with you ... BTW ... mine isn't a snapshot, it was staged ... but only at a 5.6 right now ... |

My staged entry is slowly moving up. The scoring is interesting on this one. After the uno-bomber nailed me last night, I received an 8 and a 9. This morning I received a 10. And I have a comment saying it should make top 10. 3 comments with 35 votes is encouraging, but I've learned not to get my hopes too high.

I have a 3 month old kitten that thinks he's a very big dog. I really dig the shot but I will admit that it doesn't have that Up With People (and Pets) kinda, DPC feel.
Think, LensWork Magazine...LOLOLOL
