Under my current defaults, every time I print from PS 6.0 the image is centered on the page. This works fine if im printing an 8x10 but if I want to print a 4x6 it wastes a lot of paper (one 4x6 /page). How can I change this? I have even tried “tricking my printer into thinking im using a different sized paper but that didn’t work either. Please help! I should get at least two 4x6s from a letter sized page if not three. The help menu in PS didn’t help either. Many thanks in advance. |

I don't know much about Photoshop 6, but in PS7 there is an automate print package command in the file menu. It lays out the prints on the page in some preset arrangements or you can make your own.

Not sure if PS6.0 does this, but do you have contact sheet options at all ? In PS7.0 it is under the file menu->automate
Other options is to size all of the images to 4x6 at 300dpi and make a letter sized page at 300dpi and cut/paste those pictures in.
Personally, when I'm doing printing I use Qimage pro that handles all that sort of thing. A Rotocutter is also really handy. |

When you print in PS6 go to file - print options. Un-check center image but it will still be centered so adjust the layout in that menu. I have ps7 but had ps6 before and remember having that issue. |

Does that let you print more than one picture at a time ? |

Not like the automation->picture package does. Honestly I upgraded from 6 to 7 the day it came out and was going by memory so I cant really get specific. I just remember that I had that problem and that was how I think i fixed it. sorry |
