| I got our room. We will be driving down on sat morning. Odyssey has a doctor's appointment on that Tuesday so instead of driving back home then back for the doctor we will be in town on Monday as well. |

It's a long drive from Miami for just two days, so maybe I'll stick around for a little longer and head back Monday night. |

I would so love to be able to join you. I love the St Augustine area and have never had enough time to really explore it....
BUT, it looks like I probably will not have my car that weekend so I am going to once again have to back out.
One of these days I will actually make it to one of these GTG. |

Well, that plan just came to an end. I'll have to head back late Sunday instead of staying til Monday.
I hope that Skip can find a way to make his trip a day early. |

Hi, all of ya' !
I would love to make it up for the GTG, but don't think I will be available, as I believe that I will be sailing around on the Fl West Coast, or maybe Dry Tortugas for that week with my son and his family.
Here's an offer though. If there is someone who is having a minor problem with cash and it is causing them to not go, PM me and I would be happy to pay pal $25 to help. I can't afford to do this for more than one, first come basis. : )

| well, this is somewhat whacked, but i will be around as much of saturday as possible. we've been rooked into having to go to tampa saturday evening to be there for Easter. i'll be back in St Aug tues pm until the following sunday. not exactly what we had in mind, but sometime will be better than nothing... |

So I thought we could meet up at Castillo de San Marcos since its easy walking distance from the hotel or you can park right out front. They open at 8:45. It isn't very big, but we can stay as long as we like before we head to the Aligator Farm. They shoot canons (bigger than ours!!) several times each day on the weekends, that's cool to watch.
I shot this  and this  the last time I was there.
If that sounds cool to you guys I'll add it to the original post as part of our loose agenda. :)

How about 9:00? I was going to say 8:45 since that's when they open, but that would have me leaving my house REALLY EARLY - and rumor is I don't do "realy" early! ;)
Be sure to grab coffee before you head over there if you want it because they don't have food/drinks on site that I know of.

C'mon Pete, you can spring for tickets to what's going to be a great GTG. Think about the great Florida weather at the tail end of spring break, the beaches, the fort, the oldest city in the country...
..and of course the great DPChallenge company!!! |
