Yup, unexpected. This is the person who I voted my highest score for all the votes I gave him. Only 3 votes. maguero And the highest I gave him was a 9. I guess he tops the list because all three of my votes for him average above all the others I voted for. Hmmmmmmmmmm

The person I gave the highest number of 10's to is Nikolai1024 and that would be 2 10's. Wish I could look at all the votes I gave each user.
