Well, I know this wasn't supposed to start until April. But I have the week off and I took a lot of shots of my kids and nieces that I wanted to go ahead and share. These were taken at the beach on Monday. Enjoy!

So.....

Here's a shot of my cheerleader and her bestest bud at a cheerleading competition on Saturday.

I call 'em the clones.

They're the same height, weight, their hair is virtually identical....in fact, this picture makes them loom more unlike each other than I can remember.

They're both a delight!

I noticed Jeb (the OP) posted 3 shots already and has received zero comments on all of them. I left him some. I would hope people aren't afraid to say anything negative (constructively) about the photos because of sensitivity about people's kids. I admit I was hesitant to comment on some, but I assume that's why they are being posted. :)

Allow me to reiterate what was a thread somewhere and the general concensus.....

By all means DO comment on the photograph, preferaby in a complimentary manner, even though you may be making suggestions intended to improve the photograph and/or photographer.

Do NOT make any uncomplimentary or judgemental comments about the model.

Bottom line, especially in this kid's project, be nice......that's not too much to ask, I'm sure.

I'd like to do this again here and there......there are plenty of opportunities to get wild n' crazy on this site every day, let's keep this project kind and gentle.

Art, leave the Vikings and barbarians at home!

I don't really understand if this is 30 picture of kids in 30 days or what, but I am always shooting photos of my 3 kids... and other kids, so count me in:)

This first one is Anna, my only daughter. I caught her spontaneous laugh:)
