Well, I just got my sport shot in. Now I'm off to do a sport of my own. When I get back tonight I'll try and finish up the trash talk. It is much easier if you provide some initial ideas for me to branch on though.

Well, I actually got a shot in the sports challenge and it very well may finish as a new personal best! Why couldn't they have started the season already??? :(

Alright, I'm not much for talking trash, but here goes.
Watch out DPC here comes trouble. Cryan comes to us from a career as a Navy combat photography. Now he shoots mostly sports and macro photos. Don't let his mild manner fool you. You have been warned.

The "secret weapon" thing is really funny.

Sometime ago I thought of making an avatar with my picture holding a lense as a gun, but never used it because it sucks. If this is a matter of trash talking and imaging it might work. Ches, you can take it from dpc, I just entered it to my portfolio as Image ID=509645.

I have spent my life in Peru, except my senior high school year in southern Indiana, and significant traveling time. Have worked in the telecommunications industry for 20+ years. Spare time dedicated to classic cars restoration and photography. I got my first digital SLR on Nov 2006. And thanks to my older brother Andy (who resides in the US) I learned about dpc.
I canÂ´t wait to read what Scott is going to come up with.

photography wise, I shoot almost anything that's "shootable"..(you can tell from my portfolio)..portraits, landscapes, streetphotos, candids, perhaps I am a little biased to technically weird stuff and setups...and of course panos, which I would never post to dpc due to image size limits. Goals: 1. to get as many good lenses as possible; 2.to put my camera in front of great subjects; 3. third to deserve and win any ribbon.

Was reading the rules.

First challenges are the one's that start at rollover this coming Sunday. So Monday be sure to check out the challenge. You can also do the wednesday challenges. I hope everyone gets at least one in.

Free studies don't count.

I'll try to keep up with posting our scores for the week in our thread. (Havent' seen our private one yet)

I know it's still early, but I might actually score over 7 on the sports challenge! I'm so excited! I just wish the season had already begun. That would have been nice.
