Looks like the usual ribbon hogs are up there. I stand a chance of a 6, but it's a very slow crawl in that direction. For every high vote, I get slapped back down again. I'll be satisfied with this.

| I am using the contests more as a way to learn to please others, I can shoots for myself and be happy for years. Its being able to sell yourself to others thats the tricky part, its even harder when you cant talk to them. |

Can you believe it, a 4.0092 and it's still January 3rd here.
I know it doesn't make much sense but I find humor in my own sick way.

It's a matter of doing the math.. figure out your total points (average times votes received) for each time you update, and if you do it frequently enough you can see which individual score is... |

Somebody made up a spreadsheet that can do it for you. If there is only one vote increase, it tell you what that vote was. For several votes that are only one off from each other it is also fairly easy to figure out what they were as well. I don't recall who did that spreadsheet, though.

| Ah, gotcha. I figured I could calculate the avg/votes cast, but some of the wording on the forum made it sound like the bar graph was available somewhere. |

Looks like I was a bit optimistic and need to readjust my expectations to 4.1. I might get the hang of what to shoot and how to shoot it if I stay on this site for a couple hundred years. I do enjoy the challenges and seeing the interpretations each person enters. Maybe I am trying for the wrong end of the voting scale. Hmmmmmmmmmm

it means your improving in the eyes of those that vote on them. that's not sad. i've entered 4 and each has done worse than the previous. i'm doing better with this one. it's barely at 5 but at this point, it's also now my 2nd best.
