 It was such a beautiful morning and I didn't have any clients so off I went to take some photos. Maybe more this afternoon.
 I went back to the same place as this first shot and took a sunset photo. Hope you like it.

This is where i had breakfast this morning. This a drug store in the old Seville Hotel in down town Springfield. Its a great place to start the day.
I took this from the outside looking in so its not the best quality.

Ok, so I am reusing this as day 8. It was shot in Oct(?) but this is just a few miles from my house. Love the water and reflections. I am try to catch up. |

I spent most of the day today editing photos shot by my son and his family on the Bahamas part of the sailing adventure, so I didn't get out to shoot anything today. The first one was shot Jan 4th for this challenge in my front yard. I have been leaving all the leaves that fall on the ground to help hold water in the ground as we are in a severe drought, so the yard is a little messy at this time.
The second is another from the sailing trip.
As always, pick one if you want to comment.
I have spent a lot of time commenting today also, as everyone has been so generous with comments in this challenge that I want to try to return as many as i can.

Not much to say about this shot. It's a small town down town. Most are locally owned businesses. Sears is the only big named business down there.

Two edits of the same photo today. I had a little fun using clarify and then textures. I've never tried editing before with overlaying a texture so it was a fun learning experience. Would like to hear opinions on both good or bad.

I just put photoshop elements on my computer and this is my first attempt at "playing" with one of my photos. And yes, there are lemons growing on my tree in the backyard!

Thanks to this side challenge, I now have a folder on my hard drive called "The Tire Shop". i have done a real study of this place, yet when I drive past I see see more that I have missed. |
