Hi, hope everyone is doing well. I just registered however have enjoyed many of the topics on the forums here. I finally got off my lazy bum and created an article concerning the ins and outs of microstock and statistics from the various microstock websites. If anyone is interested here is the link. That is an excellent site for taking a look at the overall microstock picture. Nice to see some of the sites I have never heard of. There are a few there I have thought about joining, nice to see that most don't compare to the top 5 or so. Only wish the site had actual values/statistics instead of based on votes.

I updated the stats to include January. Also on the last post some members mentioned wanting to see the number of files I have on the sites to get a better idea of earning expectations. I included a value that is the average number of images across all the sites. I also made a page that has links to my portfolios, because there was some interest there as well.

Hi,
Need little help. If I want to sign-up with shutterstock as a photographer and not planing on downloading any photos I still need to choose a subscritopn plan? I thought its free.

You should not need to subscribe to sign up as a photographer. If you haven't already registered, try this link and see if it provides a more direct route.
