Does anyone know a good place to get some business cards printed?

You neglect details like quantity, color(s), photo or type-only, etc....

However, VistaPrint will do for most situations if you are just starting out.

We've had good results from Overnight Prints both for business cards and mailings. Just make sure you send your files in CMYK and not RGB.

Every wedding have have Overnight Prints print 100 cards that are created for just that couple. On the front is their name and their wedding date. On the back is a URL letting people know where to go to see the couple's wedding pictures. This, of course, gets them out to my web site and works well for both sales as well as referrals for future weddings.

I've been very happy with the quality I'm getting from Overnight Prints. I feel their shipping charges are a bit high ... and the printing process itself is anything but "overnight". But otherwise, I'm happy with them.

Use wallet photos from your lab. Fast, easy and photo quality. I do 150 or so for most weddings and the cost is cheap.

I too use overnight prints for a lot of things - great outfit! My cards were done at vistaprint, but not the free ones.

The thing is, I like the business card style (thick, coated paper, rounded edges). They can shove these in their wallet or purse and not ruin them. Plus the fact that I can print on both sides, so I keep the front nice and clean and put my text on the back of the card. And besides... it's my only advertising expense. Everything else is word-of-mouth. :-)

I̢۪m not starting a business or anything like that. I just want something that I can give to people that ask about my photos and my web site. I̢۪ll probably start with 500 full-color, full-bleed, single-side cards.

Thanks Paul!

Thanks for the tip C'Anne!

If I never get asked to shoot another wedding for the rest of my life I̢۪ll die a happy man. However, your idea about handing out cards is a good one. I̢۪m sure others here will benefit from it.

Thanks David!

I̢۪d rather have standard size cards and the wallet size from my lab is a little too big. I will check out VistaPrint though. Thanks for the help Chris!

Thanks for the help everyone! I will check out the places ya’ll suggested and get some cards orderedâ€Â¦ if I ever come up with a design that I like. :)

I use vistaprint premium cards and get the aqueous gloss coating on the front side. They are always offering 250 premium free after you sign up and the quality is good. Be sure to get premium or you will have vista print stamped on the back.

I use GreatFX. They do a great job, have good prices and the turnaround was fantastic.

Anytime, oh, and if you happen to use mypoints, go through the vista print banner before you order each time and you earn more points.

I did vistaprints and had a great experience. I plan to use them again. :)
