Since it was done for the last challenge, I figured I'd give it a run here.
Personally, this is one of my better shots. And with that, I predict a score of 5.8 with 10 comments. However, that may be too high since the photo is not the best representation of the book title, although it is right on for the book contents. It's a book EVERYONE has heard of but very few people actually read. We'll see. |

Hmmm, I feel a little mixed on my entry but there is a lot of black in it, so I am guessing it will be a problem for some people to see it properly. Unfortunately the original has lighting problems, and I don't have time to reshoot, but I like it enough to submit it.
I have three versions, can't for the life of me choose between them. I'm submitting one and then when voting is over want to put up the other 2 and see which one others thing I should have entered. One is the same shot with different levels, the other a different angle.
So, for book titles, I think I'll be pushing to reach a 5.0.
Maybe 8 comments, most of which will say "a little dark", and one that makes a comment about a London bus and a wheelbarrow which will make absolutely no sense as neither are a part of the photo.

Oh great. Now if I see a photo of a London bus and a wheelbarrow, I know it won't be yours.
On a side note, does anyone remember who wrote the book "Wheelbarrowing through London on a Bus"? |

Oops, didn't mean to give too huge a hint on my photo, but yes, I admit it doesn't have a bus or a wheelbarrow in it. However, I am predicting that several, at least 16, entries will contain both those items, although in one case it will be a fake London bus.

This is a tough one. The average vote will be 0.0 with a standard deviation of 0.0.

This is one of the most witty, self referential and appropriate entries I've ever made. It is strongly reflective of the rich cultural history in the US and a great example of its kind.
I firmly expect to score under 3.
Maybe 4.

I will be optimistic, and shoot for around a 6.0, 8 comments, and in the top 25 percentile.
Now that I hit post, I will probably be jinxed. Doh ! |

I am very nervous about my book title submission, its one of those either love it or hate it shots, we will see I guess. I would not even try to make a prediction on this one. One thing I can say is "its different" lol

| Gee, this is just my third entry...does everyone bleed over what to enter like I do, and then after the scoring comes in, wish you had entered the other one??? I am not even what is considered a good score. I thought they would be much higer, but, am realizing from what everone is hoping for that I am ot doing too bad. |

I'm gonna go optimistic here and say that I may get over 6 for the first time on this challenge! So I say about 6.0 on the book titles challenge.
If this happens I will be extremely excited though, so I suppose it won't make it that high.

I can only hope I do better in "Book Titles". I am averaging about 4.4 for my first three entries. As long as no one else did the same title better than mine (I'm afraid I'll see 5 - 6 entries with this title) I should do better. Maybe a 5. (dare I dream?). I average about 13 comments per picture so I expect about 15 this time.
I also fretted for a couple days on which one to enter from the three different titles I shot. I finally went with my family's concensus instead of the one I liked best. My favorite may have made some people uneasy. |

| Toughie for me...My submission for Book Titles is not as good as my one for Still Life. I'm going to go with an even 5 for score, and about 15 comments. |

I've got a feeling about my entry. It'll either do really well or it will bomb. I don't want to jinx it by giving a number. OK everybody, pick a number between 1 and 10. That will be my score.
I'm predicting alot of comments though. My thoughts, over 20. And possibly a DQ request. LOL!
