Should this challenge have not been called 'Where for Art thou?
VERY cool idea - will the man himself enter? I guess we have to wait and see - I predict many burning villages, godzilla's and bald men with facial hair - SMILE! |

Can someone please explain this contest for me? Being new, I'm confused as to the idea here? Also - what are the little yellow flags on the challenges page?
Thanks!

Yellow flags denote when a challenge is using different rules than usual -- so make sure you read them. In this case it is advanced editing where normally basic editing is used on open challenges.
Art Roflmao is a user who is known for his humor. Look at his page, as a lot of his challenge entries use Woodies. He is also know to add Godzilla to a photo when folks request help with how to improve a photo in the forums. There is a thread about his lack of participication recently here //www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=841031 which eventually led to the challenge. My guess is the challenge is to emulate his photo style and sense of humor while meeting this description "Another DPCer gone missing? Locate Art Roflmao this week, and capture his whereabouts."

On a crabby note, do we really need three threads on this challenge subject? :-p

Well, no, we really don't. However, there really are only two on the topic and one which is the challenge suggestion itself. The superfluous thread is this one. |
