Hey Guys,
My question to the experts, I would like a great black reflective surface with white background. Now, I do not have much to deal with in terms of equipment or space being in a dorm room. But I am willing to learn new tricks. Other than a camera and a mounted flash, I just would like to get nice reflection of my object on the surface. I am curious as how or what cool tricks I could use to achieve this. Any idea is welcome even if not reflective. Thanks for everything!

why not just flip the image in PS and lower the opacity?

I read that some people use a thin sheet of plexiglass. They put it on top of the surface color they want and it will reflect? I tried to find a sheet once at my local hardware store tho and couldnt. Dont know where to get them but I want one to. haahha.

You know "surfaces" is a good idea for a challenge. You should post it in the Challenge Suggestion area!

There was a good thread on this a bit ago but I can't find it right now (5:30am and I haven't been to bed yet). I'll try to dig it up for you :)

I took this on a piece of glass from a picture frame with black cloth underneath.
