Who says you're too old to play? My wife does not look like she's enjoying herself in this shot, but a few feet later, she was grinning.

Can I change the title of a photo once it's been uploaded?

Yes just go to that photo in your portfolio and edit the information including the name and then hit save changes or submit changes can't remember what it says.

Uh, what "editing rules" apply here? Mostly, can we crop/rotate?

From the other thread...

You can edit the crap out of your snapshots if you so desire - no editing rules here. I'd suggest you minimize cropping - chances are you'll change the whole feel of the snapshot if you get too carried away with cropping. Slight tilts are good. Clutter is good.

Are you suggesting I have crap in my shots lol

I sprung the camera on her at the last second and she tried to get out of shot!

Okay......this kinda makes me twitch 'cause I *MUST* process and make it "Just Right".

I figured in the spirit of the project, I should just dump this into the computer at work and only do the base editing I needed to do to get the 15MB file into a usable size to upload.

I SOOOOOOOO wanted to wait 'til I got home to edit the stuffings out of it! LOL!!!

.....

I'm very fond of snapping informal portraits of my friends & family in a restaurant, by ambient light. The ambient light here was had noontime daylight. I enjoy PP these shots, later. I think of the good times & how much of a treasure everyone is.

From last week. Decided the overexposure suited.

Sitting in slow moving rush hour traffic the other morning. Heavily overproccessed, but still a snapshot.

Day 1:

A bit of colour on a dull and damp day.

ETA: Deb, you have created a really tough challenge here! We have all spent years trying to create well composed photos as opposed to snapshots. It comes very hard trying to revert to snapshot mode, it isn't as easy as it sounds. You automatically frame each photo to eliminate the very thing we have to capture here...

Muddy River Run - lots and lots of unusual cars, hot rods, muscle cars, antiques, customs - proceeds benefit Turnstone, a local organization that helps the disabled.

Look close - you can see a '57 Chevy, a '50 Chevy, a Corvette. And this was only one of about 3 parking lots filled with the cars. They even had a dragster there. Great fun to shoot - as long as you don't mind people walking into your shots and then standing there, and standing there, and standing there... ;p

Something about our two laptops set up opposite each other on the table amuses me ~~~ dueling laptops. I guess the lamp is the referee.

Zerita, Amber and Obi. From a point and shoot. I hit the shutter release, but the camera had to think about it, when I pulled it away to look at it, the camera fired and this is what I got.
