This was actually taken earlier in the week. But I'm looking at the same scene right now. So saving a click on the shutter which has already had a workout today.

I didn't actually sign up for this side challenge, but I figure since most of my shots are snapshots anyway I might as well. *grin*

Today while visiting Best Friends Animal Sanctuary , I found a hummingbird feeder, I was lucky enough to get a respectable shot..

Nothing fancy today. It was rainy most of the day here. Too bad that this challenge didn't start a week earlier. I was on vacation in the Fl Keys.

This is what you see when you turn around from shooting the barn from yesterday....



And this one is the more appropriate thing for this project.....I was sitting at a light on an off-ramp that's all torn up during construction.....I saw a flash of yellow out of the corner of my eye, and when I looked, there was this goldfinch on the thistles with the grain mill's towers in the background. A gen-yoo-wine snapshot!!!!

The local farmer's market finally opened this weekend. Am sneaking in an extra image over the one per day limit, with plea for understanding (probably will make up for it by posting less later in the month).
