Day 4:
Windsor Castle looking from Peascod Street. I had to rotate it 2 degrees and thought it looked quite good with the black edges left instead of cropping them out.

This side challenge has given me occasion to consider what separates my "serious" street shots from snapshots. I'm coming to the conclusion -- not much. Don't know if that's good or bad. |

Okay.....first of all, I have to mention how amazed I am to find out how much shooting I do in my travels. I have had occasion because I'm thinking all the time about where the next shot is coming from to realize that I usually stop at least twice on my way to, or from, just about anywhere. It's gotten worse with this side challenge.....or better, I don't know.
I do know that this is the first time in my 54 years of living in central Pennsylvania farm country that I've seen a pesticide chopper on a trailer. I really wasn't expecting this and I d@mn near drove off the road. How cool! This, as you can see was right out the front windshield....I just stopped in the lane......
Of course, I had to hook a U-Turn, and follow him back to the neighbor's farm where I got a better shot......much to my daughter's dismay as I was taking her to her boyfriend's house. My wife and daughter are very understanding and tolerant of my obsession passion for photography! (MOST of the time! LOL!!!)
It's almost like my home area is showing off for you guys! I can live with that!

The sunset this evening at the local river. I thought about putting this in the "Circle" challenge, but then I thought that it would probably get about a 4.4 because the circle is not prominent enough, and it is pretty noisy.

My local Coles check out. I was hoping to spring the camera on her, but typically she went with the flow.
