From the railways to the farms......today I worked on my summer project for the camera club......barns. We're supposed to submit our ten best barn images on a CD for viewing. I figure everybody else is pretty much going to take the typical scenic stuff since this is a fairly staid group. I figure I'll shake 'em up by taking shots of the inside of derelict barns!
 
Oh, and Deb? This bud's for you!
He pretty much followed me around the barn with the stairs being nosy trying to figure out what I was doing in his house.

Forgot to post this one a couple of days ago....
It's the base to a broken glass top table. The glass fell off, we just have to reglue it. |

My daughter in law has just returned from Peru, so I am posting one of her snapshots from the trip today.
She is the president of the local Women's Club. The Women's Club is involved with Heifer International this year, and she won the trip in a drawing while at the state convention at Orlando.

We went to Mystic this weekend. I hoped I'd find Julia Roberts at Mystic Pizza, but no such luck. The pizza was good, though :-)

We'll be back, this was a quick in 'n out. Penny has some old friends in Mystic. We went down midday Saturday and back to Cape Sunday midday. We did make a trip to the seaport Sunday for a couple hours, pics of that later. We definitely want to go back, but sometime when it's cooler and less crowded, eh?
We'll hook up then.
