May I add one? We went to Edisto beach in South Carolina. I saw a little market with these things hanging on the property. They have intrigued me for a while and I had no idea what they are. Apparently they are nesting houses for a bird called the Purple Martin - and those birds eat mosquitoes. :) I added a couple textures to jazz it up a bit.

Yesterday  Isaac and I took a brief side trip up a "secret" road to a recent addition to our regional park district -- I'd "discovered" it just a couple of days ago.

Further giving me the heebie-jeebies about the weirdness factor of this side challenge......I've lived off this road for a little over four years and never been stopped for the cows crossing.

On the way home today, I saw some birds, shot a rolling sunset, shot a couple from the local bridge, then took my grandson Robbie out to a dark place to watch the shuttle launch. It was an excellent afternoon.

Day 29:
A bonus day today & tomorrow. In Windsor we saw this guy, a Norwegian street entertainer. He was laying out his 'stage', as he called it and appeared to be about to turn and walk back to the window, then he did this:
Once the stage was set, he picked up the six juggling balls ready. He had a great rapport with the crowd and had everyone in stitches.
Tomorrow, a couple more to come. |

I apologize. I took this for the snapshot side, started playing with it and ended up with this. So, it's not really a snapshot anymore.
