So I borrowed my bro's SLR today and I was trying out some water drop shots. I took about 200 images but I accidentally shot them all in RAW and now I can't preview them on my PC. I there any way to look through them (not just on the small thumbnail at the bottom without opening them in PS?

thanks

Download Picasa (it's free). It will show you raw files.

What make/model of camera and what operating system on the computer. What you need is a Codec for the RAW files to be able to view them in the computer's file manager. If it's a Canon, the latest version of DPP has a pretty good quick review mode.

If you have Photoshop and Adobe Bridge simply open up Photoshop, go to File > Browse, Bridge should open in another window, there you can select the folder your RAW files are contained in, open it up and you can view your photographs in thumbnail form, click to enlarge them.

Irfanview is also free and great for reviewing shots, very very very fast.

You can view, you can convert, you can even do basic editing, and do it in batch mode if you choose.
