Anyone know anything about the Warehouse District in Los Angeles. I saw some cool pics on a friend's fb profile and I would love to go take pictures down there.
I guess what I am asking is the following:
am i going to be a target with camera gear hanging around my neck
where are the best spots
should i plan on walking most of it
and if there is anything you can add, i'd love to hear it

Generic advice for doing this anywhere ... take along a buddy (or two) and make sure you have cell phone coverage. |

I regularly go to places where I shouldn't..
My best advice? Bring friends. Lots of them.
I never do, but, I carry myself in a manner that discourages would be problems - still I'm fully aware that I have been scoped out as a potential target at least six or seven times, and possibly many more that I didn't notice.
I also usually pack heat, but, that probably isn't particularly advisable unless you're licensed to do so. |

Um, criminals don't care if they are licensed. And there is something called the 2nd amendment that authorizes me to pack heat ;-) You don't need no stinking license. You just need to know how to shoot.
And I would never go alone. I would take a few friends. But I just don't want to set myself up for trouble. |
