I watched the video, but I really didn't understand what was happening. I guess language really is an issue.

Yeah, I read the english translation, but from the video, it looked like this photographer met this girl, they started to get to know eachother and fall in love, then she accidentally spilled some chemical in her eyes, but then suddenly he didn't like her as much. Then what happened to his eyes? He went blind - was it because he donated his eyes to her? Why did he go blind? That wasn't described. Plus, why didn't he like her anymore at the end? Please explain.

brief summary

this guy a photographer that was taking a shot when suddenly this girl went by and he took the shot with her in it. then from then onwards, things clicked into place and both of them fell in love. one moment, the girl was involved in an accident, and lost her sight. the guy, gave up his photography career and his moto racing career(?). he raced his last GP race, won it(?), and then pack up his stuff, and left. he went to donate his cornea (should be?) to her, and she got her vision back. she tried to find him, but cant. one day she saw a blind man sitting on a chair holding a photograph. the wind blew the photograph away from his hand, and she picked it up from him. then she saw the pic was her, the first picture he took of her. and he thanked her and walked away, leaving her crying there (he dont know it was her and that she is crying)

I swear, why does every K-Pop ballad MV I've seen (maybe five total) have a gut-wrenchingly sad ending? I don't get it. What kind of twisted emotional masochist writes these? Should I be inclined to believe that life in Korea is prone to constant poetic tragedy? Don't answer that.

Well, it's probably not that bad, considering how good most of the women look.

Great music video, I know that this kind of genre is very popular in Asia, and I prefer this over the "sex-ed" lyric-free music video we see on MTV these days.

Hmm I think an important plot section was missed here... he was blaming himself for her accident because earlier, he left the bottle carelessly on the top shelf in his dark room (he didn't screw it back well). And later she payed the price of his carelessness. Because of this he decided to give up his entire life and career for her.

Very touching video...
