Freckin' oath! I still haven't seen enough kittens to wipe out the last link of yours that I clicked on. |

yes... fill in some of those blanks in your profile and also for submissions. Unless you actually own da Vinci's camera obscura it will only be useful for people who may want to make comparisons of equipment and evaluations of work. I often like to see the location of a photograph. Lenses are are also sometimes interesting.

And there are three or four of us who might find even that one useful. :D

I may even start to read you with a cautious cringe all cocked and loaded.
That perilous catch22 that we cannot UNsee or DEhear things which can haunt us, isn't something anyone needs examples of. The moment you get it is the same moment it's too late - [mental note: Cory + Link = STOP!]

Thanks grahamgator [damn! grammahamsteraligator? grahmcrackator? you'll have to break that down for me sometime] Mad hoots is just what the "doctor" ordered.

You're not posting here...
Can we make fun of those who think forums are for losers...or the Amish, since they'll never read this?

Does photographic paper in a pinhole camera made from a tubular Quaker Oats box count for anything?

ROFL.. To be fair, it started in a cardboard box, with a 15lb 'pinhole' .. :D
Here's the thread on Version 2.0... We're at version 2.5 right now. I think version 3 will be a simplified 'street' version of this beast, hopefully recondensed with a triplet from another aerolens, thereby bypassing the need for the intermediary film plane.
And of course, now that I have that 150lb 600 f/3.5 I'm trying to find a fabrication shop that can create the support structure and mechanism for version 1.0 of the real monster.
Did a shoot for a friend of a friend the other evening, this isn't the sharpest of the lot, but just look at that delicious bokeh!.. (just a touch of wind can wreak havoc, along with the fact I didn't bring two sets of radio triggers so I had to touch the blasted thing while shooting..)..

It's true... The only thing harder than shutting me up is getting you to be nice. ;) |

Oh man, did I miss the hazing?? :(
Welcome, Dean. Enjoy a complimentary fruit basket.
(I hope you like wax - it's been so long since we've gotten new members, that I had to replace all the rotten fruit with something more durable)
Have fun. |

I was going to say hello, but how could I possibly top that? I mean, really. Most of us never got the fruit basket. It was only a myth... |

Wendy, he gave the OTHER newbie a basket as well. I think it's a sexist thing. I'm sneaking off to plot some revenge. Wanna come along? |

*eyeroll* Oh here we go again. I'm pretty sure I sent the fruit, but the squirrels go to it. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. :P |

Hi rodfulk...and Art R. (you\'re the one on the left, right?) Thanks for the whole fruit basket (I\'d been told maybe to expect like raspberry popcorn being hurled hazingly at me. A GIF of real, wax or plastic whatever smells just as sweet, pretend rotting or freshly edited)...
You all are funny and clearly know one another well... It\'s already fun.
-speaking of \'squirrels\' (or was it the girls) getting into things...[finally found the soundtrack made for this 1920\'s clip. It\'s about as sweet and cute as I get] {add the>> ht tp: // w w w . <

That is the cutest thing ever.
Incidentally, squirrel obstacle courses are all the rage - just search for them on youtube :)
