There are tradesmen doing their job in winter, as well, right? There are also ones that do it indoors, regardless of the season and/or weather. At the end, as  MadMan2k, noted, you can always stage a scene and have someone pose as a "tradesman (or woman) at work".
I'm not a native English speaker, but my understanding of the definition of tradesman as "skilled manual worker" includes:
- Butcher
- Barber
- Baker
- Carpenter
- Gunsmith
- Barista
- Bricklayer or other construction site worker
- Chef
I don't see any season/weather related issues with them. Except for construction workers, but even they work in winter and the weather might add to the drama of the shot. |
but don't forget to include the "crack" for plumbers and other handyman type trades :-) |

| I think "Tradesman" is an interesting idea for a challenge. I just wish I had access to one or two tradespeople that were available in their work environment during the evenings or on the weekend. I think I am coming up empty for this one. |

Ok, so I got in trouble because I was trying to take pictures of some of our local electric company who were up on our poles during the snow storm...yesterday
They did not like it one bit LOL The try was good though even though I was not after their faces.. the things us people with cameras will go to such lengths to get the shot..
Unless a miracle happens, looks like I am out of this one as well.. LOL

Some challenges are "subject-oriented" and some are "technique-oriented" -- this obviously is in the latter category. Not every subject lends itself to or is significantly enhanced by the duotone process. |

Ok, why can't this come up in the fall? It would be perfect for our fall leaves and fall coloring, right now, not even the sunsets are pretty but dark and grey with snow storms we are getting.. my favorite butterflies are even dead at this time , have to pull the creativity cards out
So, Why don't we just name this the fruit of the orange
Let's DNMC for any orange "the fruit" shots LOL
