I'm not sure if I should keep the cityscape in or crop it out. Help people.
Cheers, Paul

I would keep it in, it adds a unique border effect.

I like it, super picture Paul,
and would leave it in. just my opinion,
Paul.

The skyline gives it context, so I'd leave it in.

The cityscape definitely gives it that extra touch. Keep it.

Keep it... It adds considerable interest to the image.

Let me show and example of a sunset image I took last week:

Sunset with boring foreground:

Same sunset with more interesting foreground:

The second one has more interest because of the cactus. It should be pointed out that the second image is a composite of two images that were taken the same night. The first was a sepia taken of the sunset. The second the color image above. I liked the cactus placement in the sepia better so I combined the images to produce the bottom image. Not perfect, but I'm getting better. :)

I'd work on the color post processing in yours more.

Is that better? Too much?

There is more color and hopefully somewhat true to the actual scene. Looks like you have a lot of .jpg artifacts around the wires in both the new one and the original. That is too bad. They are almost impossible to get rid of once they show up.

I like the first better.

The artifacts are only on this reduced version thank goodness. The origional one is artifact free. With regards to the colours, the first one is a truer interpretation of the actual scene.
