This may be a contender for the biggest chess game. I wouldn't sully the glorious reputation of chess by linking it with *ricket. Remember, this game came to prominance along with the decidedly English stiff upper lip and their resolve to show no emotion. Cricket isn't supposed to be interesting. |

You agree it looks like a window, or what? I'm pretty sure that person voted with out-of-topic in his mind and gave it a low score. Don't you?
Unless you mistook the "first comment" for the "topmost"? I'm talking about the chronlogically first.

Actually, now that you mention it, it does look like a window. With the careful aligning of the road edge through the frame, it does look like the photographer inset a picture of what was behind the easel.
So yes, it does look like a window.

It does look like a window and it's an excellent photo because of it...
I agree, some further analysis would have revealed to the first commenter that it wasn't a window, but as the photographer I would have taken that as an inadvertent compliment (although I do suspect it affected the score)!

Well I certainly do. I study each and every one carefully and intently. Sometimes I'll even turn the monitor on. ;-) |
BAHAHAHA! Good one....what's a monitor? |

Wow, I need to change my whole way of voting now. I didn't realize were supposed to look at the photos too.

Who knows...
half of the time people either just like my image or they hated it, hence the 5.5 average score :-)
I'll put this in reverse:
"Do photographers actually look at the scene that they're photographing?" :) If not, you can't expect the voters to look at your images either.....
