From a die hard Yankee Fan....
Congrats..... You guys deserve it.
But remember... now.... you can't use the curse as an excuse. ;)
And.... what the hell happened to St. Louis? I thought losing a 3 game lead was bad... St. Louis never lead an inning!

As a Cardnals fan, I have to say that I was disapointed by the outcome, but of any team to loose to in the world series, I'm glad it was the red sox. and yes, we got pretty trashed. I don't know what happened, but we couldn't field, hit, or even run bases sucessfully.

I had them (St. Louis) as the favorite to win, no matter who they faced. After watching game 1, I thought the whole series was gonna be a slug fest.
But... I am still trying to figure out what happened last week. We (Yankees) were 3 outs away!!! LOL.....
