Hey everyone

I've been poking at a new website design for the past few nights, and i'd like some feedback. First of all, nothing works in it yet.. meaning every page is the same, I'll be adding content soon. Before i added content though, i wanted to make sure my overall website design was good enough. I dont really want to start poking at the design once i'm in the middle of adding content.

so.. without further ado...

thanks for helping out :)

Hey...every page is the same! ;-)

It simple and to the point. Works for me.

Looks good to me, too.

If you work with style sheets and templates changing design even after dropping the content in should not be too traumatic.

It looks great so far but it's hard to comment accurately without seeing your proposed gallery layout.

Thanks everyone :)

yeah.. i can probably change a bunch of the design with the stylesheets after the content is up, but it's a bit less hassle this way, atleast for figuring thumbnail sizes and whatnot..

I should be fleshing out the content this weekend.

Love it! Simple and easy to naviate (once everything will be up) ;-)

May I suggest, since most screens are 1024 x 768, that the photo fit in the screen without having to scroll down. :-)

my 2 pixels worth.

ah.. right, didn't think about that..

i just switched to that resolution, and you could technically see it all, just not the drop shadow on the bottom, but i'll try to get rid of some of the padding in the top sections so it's a bit higher up on the page.

Nice job Andre. One suggestion; the neutral background. I don't feel
it is the right color. Can you try to work some color into it. Maybe
an even softer color of green, just a hint of lighter green.

Great job! I have been working on my website all week and just finished it a few minutes ago. I can't wait to see your gallery!

thanks everyone!

i've been working on it alot, and it's almost done. I added some color, as you'll notice immediatly.

I just have to replace the gibberish from the "about" page, with real text, and find a way to arrange my gallery categories (the galleries themselves are working). the rest should be up (well, tutorials is "up", but since i dont have any yet, you can enjoy mister squirrel)

thanks again!
