As long as the drive is a 2.5" 9.5mm thickness. The 12 or 12.5mm (don't remember the standard) are too thick to fit in the drive bay. I took a 6gb Dell hard drive out and it fit just fine.

...and the ultimate in portable storage is the Digimarc DM220 DVD Burner. It can read any time of CF cards, MMC, SD, Microdrives...and burn them to DVD's and is multisession capable.
