You're not the only one. I know of several that are going lower....hopefully it is a "challenge wide" lowering ! LOL.....

I guess you're right! Tough theme this one, and I suppose voters don't sympathize much either, so no wonder the low turnout...
Anyhow, first I was wishing to make my front page, then settled to break 6, and now I wonder if you even beat 50%...

Score has steadily gone down... Some encouraging comments though so I know at least some people thought highly of it.

LOL... so my unscientific test post confirms my educated guess....posting a score in the threads spells doom for me....be it a curse or dastardly voting. Since the reference to my score I have dropped .0463 in score in four votes. This happened between votes 143 and 147.
No more posting scores or score references in the threads for me !

HA....two minutes after posting this I got another score.... It was a 1 !! Dropped .0829 in five votes. Bring it on !
EDIT: Well since I'm doomed anyway...here is what it looked like:
6.4545 with 143 votes - and now 6.3716 with 148 votes. This was nearly a minute by minute change....I'm thinking about SELF DQing this image.

Yeap :( I feel for you.. that's a horrible score if you ask me, you should just get that out of there as soon as you can before challenge is over :-\ |

New voting requirements.....must have completed three challenges with an average score of 4 or higher.

I alerted SC to a sure fire way of detecting who owns a photo. I even gave a suggestion on how to fix the problem. This needs to be fixed !

IMO I'd say two will be 6.8+ Those will get 1 and 2 place. Third is a tossup between four images. I'd say third may range from 6.4 to 6.65.

There is one I think will either come 1st or 2nd and yeah, 6.8 sounds about right... would be nice to get in the top two pages :/ Doubt it'll happen though. |

jinxed myself when I posted my score to start with. At 100 votes I was at a 6.000
Within ten minutes of posting my score I went down to a 5.9xxx, then by the next morning I was at a 5.8xxx.
I'm probably going to end up dropping more by posting my current score but oh well, anything under a 6.000 is no longer exciting anyhow to me.

LOL....I know what you mean...everytime I post on a thread it seems to go down. I dropped drastically and then held pretty steady. Starting to climb a bit now...but will never get back to the 75 vote mark.

Bah, disqualified :<. I think I should have read the basic editing rules more carefully, I believed any sliders in lightroom were okay - obviously adding a vignette isn't. What's just as annoying is in retrospect I prefer the image without any vignette.
Anyway, was on 5.66 a few hours ago so I guess I'll take that as my final score. Cheers to aKiwi, rugman1969, Sunshine86, jagar and someone else who's hidden during voting for commenting. |
