I'm in need of a lightstand and was wondering if anyone uses the Manfrotto 012B Backlight Stand w/ extention pole. It's the one that goes from 3.5" to 33.5". It sells for $39.90 at B&H.
The price is right but wondering if it's sturdy enough. I'll be using it for weddings and outside portraits with my speedlite and umbrella attached. Does it tip over easily from a light wind and/or if someone were to bump into it at the reception.
I don't want anything too heave since I'll be moving it around, but heavy enough for stability.
My local camera store doesn't own this so I can't go check it out myself.

Probably too low for most uses other then a background light. |

I was thinking max of 33'.5" but now that you say that, it's probably 33" huh? Crap! lol |
