I have just received a Bronze Award in Better Photography 2011 Competition. It does not mean I got the third prize (no money involved) and I have no idea how many were handed out but STILL it is my first ever photographic award!! WOW!! From description:
"Bronze Award - a score of 70-79 Very good photographic practice, on the road to achieving a high standard or excellence."
From email:
"Your image has been judged, it received a total average score of
78
you received a Bronze Award."

It made my day!! :) (maybe week!!)
