That is the notorious "black spot spider"! Just kidding. Can't see enough detail
in this image to determine the type. |

Actually it is a goldenrod spider - I was just given the information, a female. It is less than 1/2" so that was the best I could do for size in upload. It is white with the red stripes on either side.
